General terms and conditions of use for the platform
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and TRADEYE, the legal business name of the operator of the tradeye.app platform. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the TRADEYE service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. TRADEYE is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Italy. For any legal or contractual matters, TRADEYE can be contacted at info@tradeye.app.
1. The Service
TRADEYE provides AI technical analysis of trading charts for exclusively educational and informational purposes. The analyses generated by the platform do NOT in any way constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, trading solicitation, or offering of financial instruments. The operational signals (BUY/SELL) are generated by artificial intelligence and have purely indicative value.
2. Liability
The user is solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions. TRADEYE assumes no liability for any financial losses resulting from the use of analyses provided by the platform. Trading involves significant risks and you may lose all invested capital. Use the platform aware of the risks associated with trading activities.
3. Account and Subscriptions
Each user may have only one account. The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at expiry, unless cancelled before renewal from the Profile section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider; TRADEYE does not have access to credit card data.
Pagamenti e Abbonamenti
Il servizio offre piani gratuiti e a pagamento. I piani a pagamento vengono addebitati tramite il nostro processore di pagamenti secondo la frequenza scelta (mensile o annuale) al momento della sottoscrizione. Puoi cancellare il tuo abbonamento in qualsiasi momento dalla sezione Profilo. La cancellazione avrà effetto alla fine del periodo di fatturazione corrente e manterrai l'accesso fino a tale data. Non sono previsti rimborsi per periodi parziali di utilizzo. Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare i prezzi con un preavviso di almeno 30 giorni via email.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including AI algorithms, graphical interface, source code, and the TRADEYE brand, is the exclusive property of TRADEYE. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the service is prohibited. Generated analyses are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or commercially distributed.
